Per Curiam: Tyler Abell appeals from the district court's order finding him liable on a note issued to the law firm of Bregman, Abell & Kay. Our review of the record and the district court's opinions discloses that this appeal is without merit.* Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Resolution Trust Corp. v. Abell, CA-92-2024 (D. Md. Mar. 9, 1993; Apr. 7, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
